We are expanding our team and looking for skilled cooks who take pride in preparing traditional, flavorful North Indian dishes. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of North Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, breads, rice, and snacks. Ensure food is prepared with consistency, quality, and hygiene. Monitor and manage ingredients, inventory, and kitchen supplies. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and smooth operations. Handle bulk cooking during peak hours while maintaining taste and quality. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Skills Required Expertise in North Indian cuisine Ability to manage time and multitask during busy hours Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety Teamwork and coordination with support staff Efficiency in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian North Indian cooking (preferred)
