The Online Tutor will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and interactive online lessons to students. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating educational materials, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and supporting students in achieving their learning goals. Additionally, the Online Tutor may assist in developing curriculum and strategies to improve learning outcomes. Qualifications Strong instructional and educational planning skills, including experience in preparing lesson plans and setting achievable learning objectives Proficiency in adapting teaching methods to meet various learning styles and needs Technological aptitude, familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital tools Strong verbal communication, patience, and active listening skills Ability to assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive and actionable feedback Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring is highly desirable
