Role Description We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with strong leadership, analytical, and creative skills who can manage multi-channel campaigns and lead a high-performing team. As a Marketing Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—such as sales, product, and design—to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives. You will be responsible for developing strategies that enhance the brand, generate qualified leads, and support revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, social, email, content, and traditional media channels. Manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, including assigning tasks, overseeing timelines, and monitoring performance. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies. Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms. Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging, target key audiences, and support go-to-market plans. Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and report on campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools. Coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, landing pages, digital ads, and event collateral. Plan and manage events, webinars, and product launches to drive engagement and visibility. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus. 3–6 years of proven experience in marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial or team leadership role. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, SEO/SEM, CRM, email automation, social media, analytics). Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Experience with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred.
