Daily Operations Management • Oversee the end-to-end laundry operations (wash, dry, iron, fold, and delivery). • Ensure smooth workflow across all departments: collection, processing, quality check, packaging, and dispatch. 2. Team Supervision • Manage laundry staff including sorters, washers, ironers, delivery personnel, etc. • Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity. • Conduct regular team meetings and training. 3. Customer Service • Ensure timely and quality service delivery to customers. • Handle escalations, complaints, and special requests. • Coordinate with customer care/support team for issue resolution. 4. Inventory & Supplies • Maintain stock of detergents, chemicals, and packaging materials. • Raise purchase requests as needed and track consumption. 5. Quality Control • Enforce hygiene, garment care, and stain treatment standards. • Monitor quality checks to avoid damage, shrinkage, or color fading. 6. Reporting & Documentation • Maintain records of daily orders, staff performance, and customer feedback. • Generate daily/weekly reports on productivity, turnaround time, and issues. 7. Equipment & Maintenance • Oversee regular maintenance and servicing of machines. • Coordinate with technicians in case of breakdowns. 8. Compliance & Safety • Ensure compliance with health and safety norms. • Maintain cleanliness, proper disposal of waste, and safe handling of chemicals. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Leadership skills with ability to manage a team. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Basic computer skills for report generation and data entry. • Knowledge of laundry processes and fabrics is an advantage
