Business Development Manager Solution Sales (ERP Sales - End to End Sale) Experience: 7 to 12 years What you will be doing: Ability to generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline. Ability to independently navigate the sales lifecycle from demo to proposal, negotiation, and closure. Prior experience handling Ahmedabad region. Passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Experience with deal sizes of 20 Lakhs and above, achieving yearly sales targets of 3 Crores or more. Experience selling both on-premises and SaaS solutions. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the features and benefits of our software solutions. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations. Daily reporting to the leadership team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
