Managing end-to-end of buying entailing price volume negotiations with vendors, anchoring Business Continuity Planning and forecast for raw materials to ensure lead time, zero-down time policy. Material availability at suppliers end to cater to needs. Ensuring Minimal Capital Block, Vendor Capacity Mapping to meet business demands.
