Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Production Manager located in Dera Bassi. The Assistant Production Manager will oversee the daily production activities, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and manage production schedules. Responsibilities include coordinating with the design and manufacturing teams, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring the timely delivery of products. The role also involves addressing production issues, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting the production manager in various tasks. Qualifications Experience in production management and manufacturing processes for Bridge Bearings and Bridge Expansion Joints. Knowledge of safety and quality standards compliance Inventory management and scheduling skills Strong coordination and team management abilities Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in an on-site, fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field Experience in the structural solutions or bridge engineering industry is a plus
