About Bricolage BombayBricolage Bombay is a multidisciplinary design studio working at the intersection of architecture, media, and experience design. We specialize in creating immersive, narrative-driven spaces — from children’s museums (like the Museum of Solutions, Mumbai), to high-end hospitality, resorts, cinemas, and cultural institutions. Our approach blends architecture, storytelling, and technology to craft environments that inspire, engage, and endure. We are looking for a Junior Architect to join our team, someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a collaborative studio environment. Role & ResponsibilitiesAssist senior architects in conceptual design, schematic layouts, and design development. Prepare drawings, presentations, renderings, and models to communicate design intent. Support the preparation of Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, tender sets, and detailing. Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors for material specifications, finishes, and technical requirements. Participate in site visits and supervision, documenting progress and ensuring design quality. Research materials, technologies, and case studies relevant to ongoing projects. Contribute to visual storytelling by integrating digital tools (SketchUp, Rhino, Unreal Engine, Adobe Suite, etc.) into the design workflow. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution. 0–2 years of professional experience in an architectural or design studio. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit (optional), Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Unreal Engine or rendering software is a plus. Strong communication and documentation skills. A keen eye for aesthetics, detailing, and materiality. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
