Collaborate with engineers, and contractors to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets the client's specifications. Job Description Manage and oversee the entire project from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and schedules. Engage with clients to understand their requirements and develop comprehensive project plans. Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations. Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects. Review and approve project drawings and designs. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments. Ensure that all project stakeholders are informed about the progress of the project. Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Requirements At least 5-8 years of experience in project architecture, with a focus on large-scale construction projects. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent Presentation, Communication and Interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit , and other architectural design software. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors. Strong problem-solving skills. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
