We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and/or commercial properties to clients. You will act as a key point of contact between property buyers and sellers, guiding clients through the entire process from property search to closing the deal. Role & responsibilities Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Schedule and conduct property viewings and open houses. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages. Prepare and present offers and negotiate terms with clients and third parties. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and relevant legislation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and referral business. Coordinate with legal, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth transaction processes. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management
