ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1.End-to-End Approvals and Liaisoning Manage the entire process of obtaining project sanctions - building plan approvals, layout approvals, commencement certificates, occupancy certificates, environmental clearances, fire NOC, pollution control board approvals, airport authority NOCs, BESCOM approvals, water/sewage connections, etc. Ensure compliance with BBMP, BDA, BMRDA, BIAAPA, SEIAA, MoEF, KSPCB, BESCOM, BWSSB and other local bodies. 2.Government Coordination Regularly meet and follow up with govt. officials to track file movement. Attend meetings/hearings with authorities when required. 3.Consultant & Vendor Coordination Work with architects, structural, MEP, fire, and environmental consultants to ensure designs meet statutory norms before submission. Coordinate with legal teams for documentation, property records, khata transfer, etc. 4.Documentation & Online Processes Prepare, check, and submit sanction drawings. File applications via online portals like BBMP EODB, PREDCR/AutoDCR, Agni portal (fire NOC), and KSPCB’s XGN portal. Maintain up-to-date status trackers and documentation for management review. 5.Team & Process Management Lead a small team of liaison officers or draftsmen. Ensure all approvals are obtained within project timelines to avoid delays in launches or possession. 6.Reporting Provide regular updates to senior management on status, roadblocks, and expected timelines. Flag risks early (e.g., policy changes, objections, or legal complications).
