What You'll Need Bachelor's degree or above Min 1 year of working experience, in the sales b2b, travel & tourism industry, open for freshers who have completed their studies in Travel and tourism industry and want to seek career in the same. A clear understanding of outbound & local travel trade and economy of the region Strong relationships in the industry Bilingual abilities in a regional language as well as English. Self-driven and capable of working with minimum guidance Good at multitasking and maintains a professional approach in handling different tasks

Job Responsibilities (KRA) Client / Media related: Responsible for managing day-to-day client activities Attend and participate in client meetings Proactively identify opportunities and ideas that will generate visibility for clients Identify speaking engagements for clients and assist with preparation of key personnel Take full responsibility of the successful running of each client Ideate, identify and execute brand collaborations, both offline & online, related to consumer marketing or PR activities Create content for press releases, media queries, feature stores, spokesperson briefings, FAQ documents, byline articles or keynote presentations Measure and provide reports for each client on a monthly/quarterly basis Own media & influencer outreach. Also, identifying new journalists/influencers and building relations Manage press relationships to secure coverage for releases, events, announcements, etc in print, broadcast and online media Monitor media, including newspapers, magazines, broadcast, newswires, social media sites and blogs, for opportunities for clients Maintenance & updation of media lists Assist in business development and provide inputs to new business pitch presentations (ideation & creation) BRANDit related: Research, write or proof-read content generated by team members, when required Content development related media queries, interview requests, speaker opportunities, guest columns and more for the CEO on need basis Contribution towards social media pages of BRANDit - ideation & creation of content for LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram Contribute to brainstorming sessions across brands Requirements Bachelors Degree in PR, Communications or Post Graduate in PR relevant 1 - 10 years work experience in PR and Communications Excellent communication written and oral, interpersonal skills Strong networking with Media Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask Flexibility, determination, enthusiasm and the ability to cope well under pressure Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work on more than one project at a time Team player with a positive and proactive attitude We are looking for accountability, proactiveness, passion and commitment towards clients and the team.
