As a Content Creator & Strategist at our company, your role will involve being the face of our brand on social and digital platforms. You will create engaging property tours, B2B content for builders and channel partners, and in-house branding videos. Working closely with marketing, video, and camera teams, you will plan, present, and deliver high-impact content that resonates with both B2C and B2B audiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Present property tour videos in an engaging and relatable style. - Be the face of B2B reels for builders, channel partners, and collaborations. - Host in-house branding videos, podcasts, and interviews. - Collaborate with marketing, video, and camera teams to execute content ideas. - Write and deliver scripts for reels, video ads, and awareness campaigns. - Plan monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns. - Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate them into real estate storytelling. - Ensure brand consistency and analyze content performance. **Requirements:** - Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. - Strong camera presence with confidence, energy, and enthusiasm. - Ability to simplify complex real estate topics into relatable content. - Passionate about storytelling, trend-following, and audience engagement. - Prior experience in content creation, media, or real estate preferred. - Highly collaborative, able to work effectively with video editors, camera crew, and marketing teams. - A portfolio or past work samples are highly recommended.
