This is a full-time remote role where you’ll be responsible for creating high-impact video content that aligns with our AI-led marketing vision and client goals. You’ll work closely with the AI Content Lab and creative teams to develop static & video assets for social media, websites, campaigns, and generative-first platforms. Beyond editing, you’ll explore how AI tools (e.g., generative visuals, synthetic audio, adaptive storytelling) can amplify your craft. Responsibilities AI-Enhanced Video Production : Edit raw footage while integrating AI-driven motion graphics, generative visuals, and adaptive elements that elevate storytelling. Content Innovation : Create short-form reels, promotional videos, product explainers, and ad creatives optimised for performance across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Storyboarding & Concepting : Collaborate with creative strategists to design narrative flows, leveraging AI-assisted scripting/storyboarding tools when relevant. Multimodal Integration : Blend audio, graphics, subtitles, and AI-generated elements (such as voiceovers, captions, and overlays) to deliver polished outputs. Platform Optimisation : Reformat and fine-tune content for different channels, ensuring engagement across generative search engines, social media, and web. Trendspotting : Stay ahead of global video and AI trends—experimenting with Runway, MidJourney, DALL·E, or synthetic media workflows —to push the boundaries of marketing content. Agile Execution : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines with precision and consistency. Skills & Expertise A creative storyteller with a passion for merging video editing and AI innovation. Strong command of editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro (or equivalent). Familiarity with AI creative tools (Runway, MidJourney, DALL·E, ElevenLabs, etc.) is a big plus. Experience in motion graphics, colour grading, sound design, and adaptive media formats. Understanding of performance-driven content optimisation (click-through rates, watch-time, conversions). Excellent project management skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Strong collaboration & communication abilities across marketing, design, and AI specialists. A portfolio showcasing diverse video styles, including short-form content, ads, and brand storytelling. Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related fields. 2+ years of professional video editing experience (agency/startup background preferred). Proven record of creating content for high-engagement platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.). Bonus: Experience in 3D animation or generative video workflows (Blender, Cinema 4D, Runway).
