We are looking for a mid–senior level professional with a strong background in event production and logistics to join our core team. Position: Operations & Production Lead Location: Gurgaon Experience: 3-4 years (Event Production & Logistics) What You’ll Do: Lead and manage end-to-end production for premium events – from vendor management and fabrication to execution. Oversee logistics planning including material movement, artist/client hospitality, on-ground manpower, and technical setups. Ensure smooth coordination with design, creative, and client servicing teams to deliver flawless experiences. Drive budgeting, timelines, and operational efficiencies.
