As a Web Designer, your responsibilities will include designing responsive websites, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups. You will collaborate with developers to implement functional and visually appealing designs, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and marketing goals. It will be your responsibility to optimize websites for speed, performance, and compatibility. Additionally, you will manage multiple design projects, meet deadlines, handle client feedback, and stay updated on design trends and tools. The required skills for this role include 1.5+ years of experience in web design, proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch, basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles, attention to detail, creativity, and strong communication skills. Knowledge of WordPress or Shopify is a plus. This is a full-time, permanent position with 5 days working on-site in Mohali 8B. Immediate joiners are preferred for this role. The work schedule includes day shift from Monday to Friday and night shift. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in PHP, web design, total work experience, and WordPress is preferred.
