Job overview We are seeking a talented Generative AI Engineer with 3–4 years of experience to join our innovative team. In this role, you will develop and implement cutting-edge generative AI models to generate for content generation, automation and personalized experiences. It will help solve complex problems and drive innovation in our marketing campaigns. Your work will directly influence how brands connect with and understand their audiences. Key responsibilities: Design, train, and fine-tune LLMs and generative models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, BERT variants) Build modular pipelines using LangChain or similar to integrate models into marketing intelligence workflows Work with the product and data teams to convert raw user interaction and social signals into training-ready datasets Implement inference optimizations and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems for real-time outputs Evaluate outputs against performance benchmarks, and iterate based on live feedback Stay ahead of the latest releases in open-source model families, vector stores, and fine-tuning techniques Must Haves: Proficiency in Python Strong experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow Familiarity with Transformers (HuggingFace library) Hands-on experience with LangChain , LlamaIndex , and Hugging Face Hub Working knowledge of LLaMA models, RAG workflows, and vector DBs (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone) Experience deploying models via Hugging Face Spaces , FastAPI , or similar tools Solid understanding of prompt engineering, tokenization, and memory management for LLMs Qualification 3–4 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML systems Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or equivalent Experience working in agile product teams with engineers and PMs Familiarity with real-world use cases involving unstructured customer data Bonus: Prior work in marketing tech, NLP for business intelligence, or AI SaaS products What's in it for you?
