Stakeholder Consensus BuildingStrong interpersonal and communication skills for achieving consensus among stakeholders. 5+ years of experience in enterprise storage solutions. - Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting storage systems, including SAN, NAS, and cloud-based storage. - Knowledge of integrating storage solutions with servers and virtualized environments (e.g. KVM, VMware, Hyper-V). Specific Knowledge: - Hands-on experience with IBM Storage products (e.g., IBM FlashSystem, IBM DS8000, IBM Storage SW like Ceph, Fusion etc). - Familiarity with related technologies such as NVMe, RAID, and data deduplication. - Understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud architectures. - Expertise in storage cybersecurity, including immutable backups and ransomware protection. Tools and Methodologies: - Experience managing and monitoring storage systems using tools like IBM Storage Insights, Spectrum Control, or similar industry tools. Preferred technical and professional experience OpenShift, VMware ESXi and other Infrastructure as service platforms Strong Understanding of data resilience strategies (HA/DR/Backup/Replication/Cyber resilience)
