Role Overview The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of All Wave AVs software services business. This is a hands-on, in-office position based in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and support the companys ambitious growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, events, and content) that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for software services45. Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle: strategy, creative brief, execution, tracking, and optimization. Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with target audiences45. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to create compelling content, case studies, and sales enablement materials tailored to enterprise clients. Analyze customer insights, market trends, and campaign performance data to inform strategy and maximize ROI4. Oversee website content, landing pages, and digital assets to support lead generation and nurturing. Ideal Candidate Profile Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, preferably in software services, SaaS, or technology solutions. Proven track record of running successful multi-channel marketing campaigns that have generated at least $1MM in net new business. Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media management, marketing automation, and CRM tools4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging for technical and non-technical audiences4. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills; comfortable working with campaign metrics, KPIs, and dashboards. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, brand building, and customer engagement. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
