Job Description

Responsibilities:

Brand Identity

  • Build & maintain Hallstatt’s brand identity
  • Develop old-money / royal aesthetic guidelines
  • Create brand voice, tone, caption style, storytelling
  • Ensure all posts follow premium minimal aesthetic

Content Direction

  • Create 30–60 day content calendars
  • Decide the direction of Reels and photoshoots
  • Write scripts for reels
  • Approve all shoots, edits, and final posts
  • Work with videographer to bring premium visuals

Campaigns & Creative Ideas

  • Build monthly campaign ideas
  • Plan special drops in royal themes
  • Create luxury-feel visuals & storytelling

Team Coordination

  • Guide social media manager
  • Direct content creator in shooting styles
  • Guide influencer manager on which creators match aesthetic
  • Coordinate with performance manager for brand-first ad creatives

Required Skills:

  • Strong aesthetic sense (clean, minimal, luxury)
  • Fashion knowledge
  • Experience with branding or creative direction
  • Good scriptwriting and storytelling
  • Understanding of male luxury/premium fashion
  • Ability to think visually
  • Sharp copywriting skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
