Landor is searching for a Strategist to join the Mumbai studio. As a Strategist at Landor, you will be an integral part of shaping and enriching our clients" brand identities. Your role will involve devising innovative branding strategies that are in line with client objectives, promoting market differentiation, and cultivating customer loyalty. This will entail conducting market research, analyzing consumer behavior, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable branding initiatives. Your expertise will drive the creation of compelling brand narratives and visual identities, positioning our clients for success in their respective markets. Your strategic vision will not only boost brand recognition but also significantly contribute to overall business growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing brand strategy for corporate and consumer brands across various geographies and categories. - Taking ownership of and leading work streams to understand their impact on the overall project. - Creating and implementing innovative branding strategies that foster business growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness. - Collaborating with diverse teams, such as creative, product, and executive leadership, to ensure cohesive and impactful brand initiatives. Requirements for the role: - Demonstrated grasp of branding principles, including experience with brand strategy, brand naming, product and portfolio architecture, nomenclature, creative briefing, campaign messaging, and design understanding. - Solid knowledge of how brands and businesses operate, encompassing packaging, product/service innovation, sustainability, and e-commerce. - Ability to distill complex data from business and market perspectives, along with excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Crafting brand narratives utilizing top branding principles, excellent writing skills, and communication. - Possessing an open-minded approach with inherent curiosity and a willingness to offer fresh perspectives in problem-solving.
