About the job: Key Responsibilities: a. Product Development (OEM Coordination): 1. Identify white-label and custom product opportunities 2. Coordinate with OEM vendors for formulation, packaging, MOQ, and certifications 3. Manage production timelines, sampling, and approvals b. Website Management (Design + Tech): 1. Oversee Shopify (or equivalent) design upgrades and feature improvements 2. Coordinate with designers/developers to improve UI/UX and conversion rate 3. Add/update products, banners, offers, landing pages, etc. c. Digital Brand Growth: 1. Design and run campaigns across WhatsApp, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and influencer networks 2. Use analytics tools to measure and optimize performance (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) 3. Collaborate with the founder/influencer for GRWM, live demos, limited drops, etc. d. Marketing Ops & Coordination: 1. Create monthly content calendars 2. Manage day-to-day ops with agencies, freelancers, and creators 3.
