Performance Metrics and Insights Track KPIs for lift in walk-in, buyer acquisition, sales growth Track softer KPIs like search trends, brand health metrics, digital campaign engagement scores Leverage data analytics to refine strategies, maximize campaign effectiveness, and drive measurable results. Key Skills and Qualifications Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent (preferred). Proven experience in end-to-end campaign management (required). Campaign experience with celebrities and other senior talent is an preference. Experience in end to end GTM strategy with creative planning and media execution Expertise in influencer marketing, event management, and customer engagement.
