As an Associate Creative Director - Design at OLIVER+, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and directing conceptual and design projects to ensure visually stunning, impactful, and effective creative work. With over 12 years of experience, you will lead a team of talented designers across various accounts, defining and advancing a positive and highly productive design culture for OLIVER+. Your responsibilities will include motivating and influencing the creative team to strive for excellence, monitoring the quality of design projects, managing timely delivery, and implementing innovative ways to maximize efficiency and productivity. You will actively participate in client meetings, develop accounts, and stay updated on global creative trends to drive business growth. Collaborating with the workflow manager, you will coordinate the allocation of design talent, act as a brand guardian to ensure adherence to brand guidelines, and ensure the highest level of client service delivery. Additionally, you will manage, train, and mentor staff to enhance productivity, retention, and morale while overseeing their professional development. To excel in this role, you must have a hands-on approach with a strong digital focus, experience in directing complex design projects, exceptional graphic design and typography skills, proficiency in Adobe CC and Microsoft Office, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Your curiosity for exploring AI technologies and multi-market experience will be advantageous.
