Brand & Deck Designer

As a Deck Designer at ProClime Services Private Limited, a mission-driven climate company, you will be responsible for designing compelling PowerPoint decks, proposals, reports, and infographics that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our climate impact. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Lead - Art & Graphic Design, Business Development, Leadership, and cross-functional teams to transform complex content into engaging presentations and branded documents. Your main responsibilities will include designing high-impact PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and PDF proposals that adhere to brand guidelines, collaborating with internal stakeholders to create materials for internal and external use, converting technical content into visually engaging charts, graphs, infographics, and icons, maintaining visual consistency and brand alignment across all design deliverables, and efficiently incorporating feedback to adapt and finalize materials under tight timelines. Additionally, you will support the development of design templates and reusable content libraries for consistency and efficiency, as well as manage version control and maintain an organized file and asset management system. In terms of technical proficiency, you should have strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, including creating clean, professional, and branded presentations, using slide masters, animations, transitions, and interactive elements, incorporating charts, graphs, icons, images, and videos, and preparing decks for digital and print-ready formats. Proficiency in Microsoft Word is also required for creating well-structured and branded documents, reports, and templates, using styles, page layout, formatting, and corporate-level documentation. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop for custom graphic and infographic creation, is essential, and experience in Figma is a plus for collaborative design and interface-related assets. Familiarity with extracting and formatting Excel data for use in presentations and reports, as well as the ability to export and prepare documents for PDF or print production, is also necessary. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 2 years of professional experience in a presentation design or visual communications role, with prior work in consulting, agency, or corporate environments considered an advantage. Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to structure, narrative, and brand voice, the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams, and comfort in incorporating executive-level feedback and iterating quickly are required. A high level of attention to detail, organization, and time management, as well as a passion for purpose-driven design, especially in climate, sustainability, and impact communications, are key attributes we are looking for in potential candidates.,
