Brand & content manager

As a Brand & Content Manager at our company, located in Chandigarh, you will be responsible for creating engaging content strategies that resonate with our brand's goals and product launches. Whether you are a seasoned professional or a passionate fresher with a knack for executing campaigns, we encourage you to apply if you are enthusiastic about social media trends and adept at both content creation and on-camera appearances. Your primary responsibilities will include ideating and implementing a content calendar for various social media platforms, conducting trend research to keep our brand culturally relevant, creating and editing short-form content such as Reels and BTS videos, and being a natural in front of the camera for various content needs like founder interactions and day-in-the-life snippets. Additionally, you will be instrumental in developing influencer and PR strategies, fostering strong relationships within the industry, and monitoring content performance to optimize our strategies effectively. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the founder, exercise creative freedom, take ownership of the brand, and gain access to influencer networks and events. To excel in this position, you should have a solid grasp of Instagram, be proficient in creating viral content, possess basic video editing skills using mobile apps like VN and Inshots, feel comfortable presenting on camera, and exhibit strong communication skills for managing influencer and PR collaborations effectively.
