As a Brand Communication Strategist at Vilvah, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand's voice across various channels, scripting compelling content, and driving creative storytelling that resonates with real people. Key Responsibilities: - Own the brand communication calendar, from ideation to execution on social media, campaigns, and the website. - Develop a content strategy aligned with marketing goals, product launches, and seasonal trends. - Conceptualize and script short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) with strong hooks, clear narratives, and cultural relevance. - Collaborate with in-house creators, designers, and videographers to ensure content quality, consistency, and storytelling depth. - Guide the shoot strategy by providing direction on what to shoot, how to shoot, and the best editing practices for performance and engagement. - Analyze campaign performance to refine communication strategy for improved reach, retention, and conversions. - Ensure that all communication pieces, from packaging copy to paid ads, maintain Vilvah's tone: real, relatable, and rooted. Qualifications: - 2-3 years of experience in a creative/branding agency or consumer brand marketing team. - Deep understanding of content marketing, influencer trends, and digital storytelling. - Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to scripts, hooks, and briefs. - Keen eye for visual aesthetics and their alignment with brand communication. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced D2C environment with multiple product lines. - Strong sense of ownership, creativity, and brand empathy.
