Role Description This is a remote role for a Shoot Coordinator based in Noida. The Shoot Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing photo and video shoots. Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating schedules, managing logistics, liaising with clients and team members, ensuring all shoot requirements are met, and maintaining a high level of organization to ensure smooth operations. The Shoot Coordinator must ensure that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. Qualifications Experience in planning and coordinating photo and video shoots Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and client-facing skills Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in project management software is a plus Experience with digital marketing and content creation is beneficial Creativity and strategic thinking Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field
