Roles and Responsibilities

Manage relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and non-resident Indians (NRIs) to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
Identify cross-selling opportunities for retail liabilities, CASA, credit cards, insurance products, and other financial services.
Develop key account management strategies to retain existing customers and increase revenue through upselling/cross-selling.
Collaborate with branch teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
