Roles and Responsibilities

Manage relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and non-resident Indians (NRIs) to acquire new clients and grow existing ones.
Identify cross-selling opportunities for various products such as CASA , credit cards, loans, insurance, mutual funds, FDs, TPP, NRI services etc.
Develop strategies to increase portfolio size through retention and acquisition efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall relationship management.
Meet sales targets set by the organization.
