Branch Manager (BM) – Job Description
Location: 1 per branch
Responsibilities:
Oversee branch operations & ensure target achievement
Manage branch staff: CSM & Field Executives
Monitor premium collection, policy issuance, and renewals
Ensure IRDAI compliance & maintain audit-ready records
Staff training & motivation
Handle escalations from clients & staff
Maintain branch profitability & budgets
Requirements:
Education: Graduate / MBA (preferred in Finance / Insurance)
Experience: 3–5 years in insurance / financial services / sales management
Skills: Leadership, communication, analytical, team management

Security Deposit: ₹5,00,000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.30 - ₹40,000.62 per month
