In this role, you will be responsible for handling various tasks related to customer service, gold loan processes, banking coordination, and vendor management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Welcome customers and understand their loan or gold-related requirements. - Explain interest rates, loan terms, and required documentation for Gold Loan Release Enquiries. - Coordinate the smooth movement of customers from inquiry to cashier handover. - Assist the authorized appraiser in recording gold weight and purity. - Coordinate with the cashier during loan disbursal and repledge transactions. - Attend to customers who visit to sell gold and ensure proper invoice generation. - Update system records, issue receipts to customers promptly, and cross-check collections for accuracy. - Participate in branch meetings, maintain records, and ensure compliance with KYC documentation. - Ensure polite and professional interaction with customers and handle basic grievances. - Enter all transaction data accurately in the company software and report any issues immediately. - Visit partner banks for loan-related processes and handle KGF Bank Account Operations. - Assist in temporary fund management and support loan issuance and repledging processes. - Coordinate with vendors for branch maintenance work, office supplies, and other services. - Carry out inter-branch and Head Office communication as required. - Be available for emergency tasks like ATM cash deposit/withdrawal or handling courier dispatches. - Maintain a daily logbook of outside visits and report daily task status to the Assistant Branch Manager.
