Job Description

Position: Branch Admin Key Responsibilities: Handling walk-ins and enquiries Handling joining and exit formalities. Filing and record keeping. General office administration. Handling admission, documentation and filing. Handling of purchase and requirements. Overall branch coordination. Monitoring functioning of branches. Posting vacancies online. Any other duties assigned by management from time to time. Fee collection and issuing Receipts Fees follow ups from students/ parents Maintaining Day Book, Ledger , Petty Cash Register Execute all petty cash payments as per laid out system and procedure. Qualifications: 2-23years experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational institution. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Compensation : ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month (Higher Bracket would be including variables, depending on current CTC and skill sets owned.
