We are looking for helping Kitchen Helper assists chefs and kitchen staff in preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth operations in the kitchen. The role requires attention to detail, good hygiene, and a willingness to learn and support all kitchen activities. Key Responsibilities:Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping, etc.). Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and food preparation areas. Unload and store food supplies and kitchen equipment properly. Dispose of waste and keep kitchen areas organized. Ensure all food items are stored properly and used before expiry. Support kitchen staff during busy service periods. Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations. Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor. Requirements:Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant (preferred but not mandatory). Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Physically fit to handle standing, lifting, and cleaning duties. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
