Service Engineer with 4 -5 years experience in Access ,CCTV,FAS,IDA and PAS for Delhi and Mumbai
Core Responsibilities: Install, configure, and commission Access Control systems (Siemens, Honeywell, IDCUBE) Program and troubleshoot Fire Alarm panels (Honeywell, Ravel, Notifier, Siemens) Implement and maintain CCTV systems (Milestone, UNV, Bosch, Honeywell, Siemens) Deploy IDS systems (Telecom, DSC) and perform sensor alignment and zone programming Set up and service PAS systems (Bosch), including integration with FAS Conduct preventive maintenance and respond to service calls across client locations Provide client-side technical support, user training, and documentation Coordinate with OEMs and internal teams for escalated technical issues Ensure system compliance with NFPA, BIS, and relevant safety regulations Willing and available to travel to customer sites for installation, service, or support as needed Maintain strong client relationships , consistently achieving positive service feedback Technical Skills: Access Control : Siemens, Honeywell WIN-PAK, IDCUBE Access360 CCTV / VMS : Milestone XProtect, UNV, Honeywell MAXPRO, Bosch VMS Fire Alarm Systems : Notifier, Honeywell Morley, Ravel, Siemens FC Series IDS : Texecom, DSC (Zone setup, intrusion response integration) PAS : Bosch (zoning, emergency paging, audio integration) Tools : Multimeter, Loop tester, LAN tester, IP configuration tools Soft Skills & Strengths: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good documentation and reporting practices Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple sites Strong client communication and coordination abilities · Customer Relationship Management · Client-Centric Technical Support · Post-Installation Service & Follow-Up · SLA Compliance & Service Reporting · Clear Communication & Training Education & Certifications: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related discipline OEM Certifications (Optional): Milestone Certified Technician, Honeywell Fire, Siemens SiPass Knowledge of ELV standards and codes: NFPA , BIS , UL
