As a key member of our fast-growing team, youll own the entire sales cycle from engaging leads and conducting demo sessions to closing deals while delivering an exceptional learner experience. What Youll Do Engage with and counsel individual learners on career-focused IT programs. Manage inbound and outbound leads , schedule demo sessions, follow up, and ensure successful closures. Build trust by understanding learner goals and mapping the right training solutions. Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of learner satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share feedback and enhance offerings. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in EdTech or IT training sales (mandatory). Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in B2C consultative selling — focusing on solving, not just selling. Good understanding of the IT and technology industry landscape. A high-ownership mindset with a hunger to grow in a fast-paced, startup environment. Willingness to work full-time from the office.
