Role & responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding. Manage hiring for senior BD and technical development profiles, with a keen understanding of role requirements. Coordinate with internal teams to define hiring needs and job descriptions. Maintain candidate database, track application statuses, and update recruitment reports Assist in onboarding processes and maintain employee records. Support performance reviews, employee engagement, and HR documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a digital marketing or IT company Proven experience in hiring for senior BD and technical roles is a must Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) Ability to work independently and take ownership of the recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify SEO opportunities. Optimize website content for on-page SEO (titles, meta tags, headers, etc.). Assist in link-building strategies and outreach activities. Monitor and analyse SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush. Research competitors and industry trends to stay updated with SEO best practices. Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content. Generate performance reports and suggest improvements. Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field. Basic understanding of SEO concepts and digital marketing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and writing skills. Self-motivated and eager to learn.
