Exp: 7-12yrs Work Location: PAN India except Bangalore Job Description: Learning & Development Manager Position Overview: The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training and development programs that align with SAP's goals. The role involves planning and delivering learning initiatives, assessing employee performance, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, and continuously improving the effectiveness of the L&D function. This position will work closely with the SAP practice leader, the SAP ops leader, HR business partner, US and SAP learning leads and the SAP capability leads to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum and Learning Roadmap Design and Implementation oOversee the design and implementation of role-related learning and capability development roadmaps by role and level. oSupport the management of training and capability development annual learning targets against BU requirements, practice-level certifications. oLeverage internal learning platforms and curated content provider relationships to identify and map relevant and current content, by skill and role level(s). Onboarding Program Support and Maintenance oReview and identify relevant learning content, programs and solutions to support (and/or supplement) practice new joiners. oConstruct learning solutions that will leveraged in the flow of work to build capability (while in role). Training measurements oEnsure all employees understand training expectations. oCommunicate regularly with employees and stakeholders on priorities and progress. oProvide monthly reporting to leadership on progress. Skills & Competencies: oExcellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. oStrong analytical skills to measure training effectiveness and provide data-driven insights. oExceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Training completion and adherence rates. Monthly learning and capability development reporting.

Exp: 4-8yrs Work Location: PAN India except Bangalore Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and implement standard knowledge management processes and tools Support the design, development, delivery of knowledge articles/assets relating to infrastructure changes, updated customer/client requirements Perform quality reviews of key knowledge areas to ensure standards/guidelines are being followed Perform regular content audit to ensure the content across all platforms are updated, identify outdated content and ensure it's archival to maintain sanity of the portals Collaborate with stakeholders, various teams to source content for updating on sites Provide support to bid requests, sales requests within promised SLA Work collaboratively with the stakeholders to update various knowledge resources and collaterals Measure effectiveness of knowledge management methodology by evaluating key performance indicators across all knowledge management efforts, working to continually improve where needed Understand requirements stakeholders and provide the necessary support To be part of the initiatives that are driven by the alliances Create awareness around initiatives/activities and participate in driving registration for events and webinars Provide direction on tools used for knowledge management Provide end-to-end marketing support during global events & campaigns Ensure all communications including newsletters are delivered on timely manner and important communications are posted on internal social media like yammer teams and other sites Share and replicate the best practices across organization Required Skills: Personal:Good written, oral and presentation communication skills in English.Ability to share technical/non-technical expertise successfully, clearly, and effectively with peers.Strong flexibility and ability to thrive in dynamic environment.
