Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Analyst, located in Visakhapatnam. The GIS Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing geographic data using GIS applications, developing and maintaining geographic data sets, and conducting GIS-based analyses to support projects. The role involves evaluating data accuracy, performing data integration, and producing detailed reports and maps to aid in decision-making and planning. Collaboration with project teams to ensure GIS solutions meet organizational needs will also be a key part of the position. Qualifications Proficiency with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and GIS Analysis Experience in using GIS Applications and related tools Strong Analytical Skills to interpret and visualize spatial data effectively Proficiency in Data Management, including integration, validation, and maintenance Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines Educational background or certification in GIS, Geography, Geoinformatics, or a related field Knowledge of programming languages or automation in GIS, such as Python, is a plus Graduate and Post Graduate & B Tech
