Title :- BPO / Telesales Executive

Location :- Viman Nagar, Pune Maharashtra

Experience :- Minimum 6 month experience in BPO Sales

Job Description :-

• Outbound Calling:Initiating sales calls to potential and existing customers.
• Customer Needs Assessment:Actively listening to customers and identifying their needs to tailor sales pitches.
• Sales Presentations:Presenting product information and benefits to potential customers in a persuasive manner.
• Closing Sales:Guiding customers through the sales process and securing purchase agreements.
• Relationship Building:Fostering strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Lead Generation:Identifying and qualifying potential sales leads for the outside sales team.
• Customer Service:Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
