Job Description

We're seeking a qualified Tele associate to handle calls. Tele Associate will utilize their skills to generate revenue to the organization and able to develop their work experience, build a confidence within.

Day Shift : 6 Working days (Monday to Saturday)

Type: Outbound

Process : Collection and Debt Recovery

Age : 20 to 32 years

Education : 12th Pass/Under Graduate/ Graduate

Domestic languages : Fluent in Hindi, Marathi, English

Also : *Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Gujarati , Malayalam linguistic preferred.*

DRA certified will be an added advantage.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply.
Contact customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
Advise customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
Negotiate suitable payment plans.
Maintain customer payment records.
Ability and willingness to deliver in high pressure environment.
Candidate able to handle window based application: MS Office, Excel, power point.
Excellent negotiating skills.
Inform clients of overdue accounts and amount currently owed.
Utilize computer systems to handle skip tracing. Willing to complete daily or monthly targets
