As a candidate for the position of managing End to End Health Claims Administration services for our Client, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations and transformation of our clients' processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Must have strong Health Claims End to End Domain Knowledge. - Both Undergraduates and Postgraduates can apply. - Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills. - Ability to work independently with strong analytic skills. - Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and multi-task. - Ability to make decisions. - Required computer skills, including experience with data entry, word processing, MS Office applications, and web-based applications navigation. - Cognitive Skills including language proficiency, basic math skills, reasoning ability, and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Team Leader Role. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising processes and claims processing teams to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered. This includes distributing work, calculating and communicating productivity and quality results, as well as reviewing audit appeals. You will also monitor the production goals of the team, report results and issues to higher-level leadership, and assist the team with escalated claims processing issues. Please note that the required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 6PM/4AM IST, with the possibility of shift timings being adjusted as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may be required to work overtime and weekends based on business needs.
