The ideal candidate will focus on building relationships with retailers, ensuring product placement, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and visit potential retail counters, grocery shops, and kirana stores. Present products to shop owners, explain product benefits, and take orders. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the company. Develop and maintain relationships with retailers for repeat business. Ensure product visibility and availability at all counters. Collect payments and maintain records as per company policy. Share market feedback, competitor activity, and customer needs with the team. Handle basic promotional activities and display materials at retail points. Coordinate with the delivery team for timely product supply. Skills & Requirements: Minimum 10th/12th pass; graduate preferred. 1–2 years of experience in FMCG sales (freshers with good communication can also apply). Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Knowledge of the local market and retail network. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
