Job Description

We are looking for Customer Support Executives to join our international process team in Jaipur. This role involves handling calls, chats, and emails for overseas clients, solving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

If you are fluent in English communication (spoken & written) and want to build a career in customer care, client servicing, or contact center operations, this is the right opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide voice & non-voice support (phone, email, chat) to international customers
• Troubleshoot queries and deliver effective solutions

Eligibility

• Education: UG/Graduate from any stream
• Skills: Excellent English, problem-solving, adaptability

• Shift: Flexible with rotational shifts (including night shifts)
• Mode: Work from Office only
