You will help clients determine the best way to design and develop state-of-the-art applications to optimize business processes leveraging the Pega Development platform. Your key responsibilities include: - Working effectively as a team lead, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating managers on the progress of tasks - Continuously striving towards exceeding client and team expectations and working on increasingly complex assignments - Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with clients/onsite personnel - Ensuring on-time delivery of allocated tasks - Participating in Scrum ceremonies and providing status updates - Participating in design, development, QA, deployment, and support as required - Ensuring compliance with EY policies and procedures like Timesheet/Leaves management - Ensuring adherence to quality protocols specified for the project - Updating technical architecture/design and unit test cases to ensure high-quality deliverables - Building Technical Assets and Accelerators Skills and attributes for success: - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills along with experience in producing high-quality reports and presentations as needed - Hands-on experience on at least 3-4 projects - Knowledge of Pega Constellation - Knowledge of the Java/J2EE platform is a plus - Understanding of relational databases and hands-on experience in PL/SQL - Ability to cross skill and cross-train as per business requirements To qualify for the role, you must have: - Pega Certified CPDC - 4-8 years of Pega Application development knowledge using the Pega Development platform - Worked in at least 2-3 end-to-end Pega project implementations - 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Customer Decision Hub (CDH) - Good knowledge of Strategies, Segments, Data Flows, Adaptive & Predictive Models - Good knowledge of Next Best Action designer studio - Hands-on experience in Case Management, Class Structure Design, Pega Integrations, Security Models (RBAC, ABAC), Reporting - Hands-on experience in Process Flows, Decision & Declarative Rules, Data Pages, File/Email Listeners, Job Schedulers/Queue Processors - Understanding of Pega Best Practices, Guardrail improvement techniques - Good knowledge of Pega Best Practices - 1-2 years of experience in React.js and its core principles - Working knowledge of project implementation methodologies Ideally, you should also have: - B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp. Science)/MCA with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience with Big 4 or panelled SI/ITeS companies - Knowledge of Paid Media Integrations such as Meta, Google Ads, etc. - Good knowledge of UI/UX & Portals development rules - Understanding of Pega application performance tuning activities - At least one Pega Upgrade knowledge/experience - Exposure to Pega Deployment Manager will be an added advantage - Experience in handling a small team of 2-3 Junior developers What we look for: We seek a team of people with commercial acumen, technical experience, and enthusiasm to learn new things in this fast-moving environment with consulting skills.
