As an HR Business Partner, your primary role will be to provide strategic support to Business Units in fulfilling their HR needs on a daily basis. You will work closely with business leaders and managers to introduce HR initiatives tailored to the business and suggest HR solutions that align with business goals. Your responsibilities will include maximizing people capability, leading change, managing the entire employee lifecycle, supporting daily operations, and actively participating in process enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business leaders and managers to introduce HR initiatives and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives. - Maximize people capability, provide change leadership, manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, support day-to-day operations, and engage in process improvements. - Work with other HR Functional Leaders, OD, HRSD, and CoE teams to identify and drive changes for enhancing people practices, systems, and processes. - Manage project initiatives related to HR, such as management training and development, succession planning, and policy review and implementation. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role. - Strong understanding of Human Resource Management and Human Resources domain. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders effectively.,
