We’re Hiring: Geotechnical Engineer – Gurgaon Company: Bouw Consultants Location: Gurgaon, Sec- 51 Joining : Within 7 days Email: ranjini.basu@bouw.co.in Bouw Consultants , a specialized tunnel consultancy with 6 years of excellence in the industry, is looking for a Geotechnical Engineer to join our dynamic team. Eligibility: • Experience: 1 year preferred, however freshers with strong academic grounding are encouraged to apply • Qualification: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering / Civil Engineering with specialization in Geotechnical studies. Key Responsibilities: • Tunnel Design and Analysis • Perform preliminary and detailed tunnel design (NATM, TBM, Cut & Cover). • Evaluate tunnel geometry, alignment, overburden, and excavation sequence. • Design primary and secondary supports: shotcrete, rock bolts, lattice girders, segmental linings. • Numerical Modelling and Simulations • Develop 2D/3D geotechnical models using software like PLAXIS • Simulate excavation stages, ground-liner interaction, and time-dependent deformation. • Prepare reports, documentation, and technical presentations • Collaborate with structural and civil engineering teams Why Join Us? • Work with domain experts in tunnel engineering • Exposure to cutting-edge projects and methodologies • Fast-paced, learning-rich environment.
