Boutiques master and tailors

Key Responsibilities:

• Take accurate body measurements of clients.
• Interpret designs (blouses, saree dresses, lehengas, gowns, western outfits, etc.) and suggest appropriate styling/cuts.
• Handle fabric cutting with precision based on design and client requirements.
• Guide and supervise tailors and helpers in stitching work.
• Check finishing, fitting, and quality of completed garments.
• Maintain records of orders, fittings, alterations, and deliveries.
• Ensure timely completion of client orders.
• Provide ideas and inputs for new designs and collections.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of ladies’ garment cutting and stitching.
• Ability to visualize designs and convert them into patterns.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in boutique/master cutting role.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and passion for fashion.

Job Description – Tailor

Position: Tailor (Ladies Garments)

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Stitch blouses, dresses, saree falls, lehengas, gowns, and western wear as per measurements.
• Follow patterns and cutting given by the Boutique Master.
• Handle sewing machines, overlock, hemming, and finishing work.
• Perform alterations and adjustments based on client trials.
• Ensure neat stitching, proper fitting, and timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and care of machines and workspace.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a ladies’ tailor.
• Knowledge of different fabrics and stitching techniques.
• Ability to work with both Indian and Western garment styles.
• Precision, neatness, and time management.
• Team spirit and willingness to learn new style

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
