Boutique Tailor

You will be joining a boutique-style stitching unit as a skilled tailor with the opportunity to grow into the Lead Tailor role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with the design team to create and finalize samples - Supporting production post sample approval - Executing boutique-style custom stitching with precise finishing - Ensuring speed, quality, and on-time delivery The skills required for this role include strong cutting abilities, quick grasping and learning skills, fast and neat stitching, with boutique-style experience considered a bonus. Fluency in Tamil is preferred, while proficiency in English or Kannada is acceptable. The work mode initially preferred is on-site, with the possibility of remote or flexible options based on performance. During the sample stage, the compensation will be commission-based, transitioning to a fixed monthly salary upon hiring. Additionally, there will be commission opportunities based on sales.
