We are a growing fashion venture focused on creating unique, budget-friendly yet royal everyday wear for women — from college students to older generations. Our vision is to introduce classy, globally-inspired styles (collage wear, patchwork dresses, sarees, nightwear, loungewear, and more) that are not yet widely available in India. We are looking for a creative and passionate designer to join us as an intern , with the opportunity to continue as a freelancer and later transition into a long-term regular role as our brand grows. Responsibilities Research and take inspiration from global fashion trends (UK, Greece, Europe, Africa, etc.) and adapt them for the Indian market. Design women’s wear collections : dresses, sarees, nightwear, loungewear, and experimental fusion pieces. Create detailed fashion mockups/illustrations (digital or hand-drawn). Suggest fabric choices, patterns, and embellishments for each design. Collaborate on mood boards, colour palettes, and seasonal collections . Present designs in a way that is easy to translate for tailors/manufacturers . What We’re Looking For Fashion design students / fresh graduates / self-taught designers with strong creativity. Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Procreate, or similar). Ability to create mockups and tech-packs (basic measurements, stitching ideas preferred). Passion for experimenting with new silhouettes, prints, and textures . A good eye for budget-friendly yet classy design solutions . Open to feedback, revisions, and adapting designs for practical wearability. Compensation & Growth Internship Phase: Paid per approved design (on a project basis). Freelance Phase: Continued per-design/freelance pay with increased opportunities. Regular Role (Post Establishment): Monthly fixed pay with consistent design responsibilities.
